If you're one of those who looks sadly at your white trainers and shoes after a few uses, don't despair. There is solution and they can shine again. We leave you today 3 simple tips to renew your white shoes. When cleaning, take note of the material: fabric, leather, synthetic leather or plastic (usually used in the soles).
- Use specific cleaning products: you will need a non-chlorine whitener, cleaning brushes, water and a good quality powder soap that removes stains and sanitizes without leaving residues.
Before cleaning, remove the insoles and laces from the shoes and then, in a bucket of water, put the soap and the non-chlorine bleach. After washing, the shoes should be dried in the shade.
- For more complex stains, you can use baking soda as an ally. In a container with warm water mix a measure of neutral detergent for 1 or 2 measures of Sodium Bicarbonate (depending on the degree of dirtiness); let your shoes soak for 30 minutes. Then, with an appropriate brush brush your shoes, rinse and let them dry in the shade.
- To remove small stains or residual stains, you can use whitening toothpaste. How? Apply a little bit of paste in the area of the stain and with the help of a brush, scrub until the dirt is eliminated.
